Have you seen a Reg. Cab R/T? Do you like the way it looks? That is a 1/2 drop from what you have. You already have the R/T wheels so that is what you can expect to look like. I would say at least a 2/3 . . if your scared to rub you wont. If you get the 1/2 you will want a 2/3 or more after about a month. I have a 2/3 Hotchkis drop on a 02' 4.7 CC SLT with 20's and it looks PERFECT. Couldn't ask for a better fit and ride. 2/3 or maybe even 3/4 would work with ease. Get QUALITY!!! Don't settle for anything . . buy the good stuff and YOU along with the ride of your truck will feel much better when you are done. The right way is the Best Way.

I did a 2" block kit in the rear of mine and I cut 3/4ths of a coil off of each front spring and it sits nice. It it level with a very slight slope towards the front. This is the economical way but 2low4fatchics is right. You will want more. I would get a 2/3 drop or more. You will like it better.
