I own a 2003 R/T and dropped it 4 inches with springs by Springtech and 4 inch blocks in rear, the ride is great, however the lf wheel scrubbs the lip of the wheel well, I am running 17" R/T wheels, I did not change the front or rear shocks. Will new shocks prevent this scrubbing over bumps, on level ground and turning its fine, just on bumps and dips it bottoms out.

Well. Dropping it 4 inches might just be part of the problem.
When the driver is in the vehicle, the driver's side will ride a bit lower. Also, guess which side the fuel tank is on.

Get a full tank of gas and put your weight in the driver's seat, then level the beast.
