Subject: Stylin Concepts IP: Logged
Message: Okay so stylin has changed their name to Stylin' Trucks. Who cares?
Their customer service is still the worst ever. I bought niro drop 2 shocks for the dak and it took 2 weeks to get here. No that bad. I go through the process o fjacking up my truck, removing the front wheels and take the front shocks off. Guess what, they sent me shocks to an F-150.
I start panicking that I may have ordered the wrong shocks even though I used their website by putting in my year/make/model when I ordered. I look at the item on my order and compare it to the item in my hand.
THEY SENT ME THE WRONG SHOCKS!
I call them and make them aware of the mistake to see when I may expect MY shocks. They stated that first I had to send back the incorrect shocks and once they received them, THEN they would order the correct ones from CALIFORNIA.
I quickly tell them that this is unsatisfactory since I have already waited several weeks to get these and they should oder the correct ones NOW and I will send these back. "That is not how the exchange process works, even if it is our fault".
Needless to say, once I do get my shocks they will never get my business again. BE FOREWARNED! Stylin' Trucks has the worst customer service ever!
They might as well have said "Now that we have your money, you can wait your sweet ass time".

Message: I paid over $800 bucks for my hood from them and got it within 3 days. I was pleased.
