Subject: cutting coils? and free r/t rear spring IP: Logged
Message: Hey all, I have some extra coils from a 2003 r/t i want to cut to lower my 2000 r/t atleast 2", anyone know how much to cut to get 2" drop? I know I shouldnt cut coils but im short on cash and these were free.
Also I have the rest of the suspension from the 2003 r/t I am not going to use, if anyone wants it email me at schaffer.d@comcast.net oh the rear sway bar is missing but i have the rear springs, all 4 shocks, front swaybar and the hardware.

Message: don't get cheap and cut the coils.. you will regret it in the end ..... and there is a very good chance one side of your truck will sag after you do that
