 Subject: looking at 2/3 drop kits

I'm just wondering what company you would suggest for a 2/3 drop.
I have been looking at belltech products and i 'm thinkg about picking up some, coils, leafs and shocks.
I noticed that the kits they offer are 2/4 kits?
is this because they come with shackles and hangers and not leaf springs?
is there a difference in ride?
help!
