Subject: Drop spindles IP: Logged
Message: I have a 93 2wd and was wondering if I used a 2" drop spindle, does it lower the upper A-arm down away from the wheel? Thanks for your support on this...

Message: Logically I think that it would move the upper control arm away from the wheel and the lower control closer to the wheel.
Has anyone run 17" R/T wheels with this set up? It says 15" or 16" with stock backspacing. What would make a 17" any different with stock backspacing?

Message: I am running R\T wheels on my 93 the wheels are off of a 99. The backspacing is I guess you would say is deeper on the R\T wheels and they are hitting the upper control arm,so I thought maybe drop spindles would fix that.

Message: I think that it would. It seems like a logical solution. I plan on doing the same thing on my 94. Anyone else try this? I do not want to put in wheel spacers
