Subject: ~Bed Rattle After Lowered~ IP: Logged
Message: Everytime I hit a bump in the road, the bed rattles, clings, or clangs and I can't figure out why? I put a Belltech 3/4 drop in about a yr. ago and it's been this way ever since. Any ideas on what this might be? Thanks

Message: Do you have a factory rear sway bar? When I lowered mine with the factory bar it rattled. Swapped to Hotchkis sway bar, no more rattle.

Message: Check the top mounting bolts for the rear shocks. When I put my groundforce kit on I also had clanging going on in the back. The stock bolts ended up being too small for the shocks which produced play and caused the clanging. I purchased two slightly thicker bolts (less than a buck) and this eliminated the problem.

Message: Another thing you might wanna check is the exhaust may be hitting the rear end when the suspension bottoms out.
