17's or 18's wont make a difference, you have to get a custom offset on the rim in order to tuck which means you have to have rims specially made which will cost you thousands and thousands of dollars...good luck

If your truck came with the "premium" 16" wheels. The ones that are the silver painted double 5 spoke (at least on an 03) you can tuck with a 225 width tire. You just have to trim your flares and roll the inner fender lips. Check out http://www.smokindakotas.com/e107_plugins/coppermine_menu/displayimage.php?album=3&pos=15

your rims have to have over 6" of backspacing to tuck. i forget the exact # but it's something like 6.785. most people get the rearend shortend
but there are companys that make wheels with the right backspacing without getting them made. i'm bagging mine right now on 17"s and i have to get the rearend shortend.also your stock wheels should tuck depending on which ones your truck came with.hope this helps
