 Subject: Drop shock technicalities

k wehn lowers a truck 2in front 3 in rear. using 3in blocks in the back and cutting 1 coil off front(2in?). when ordering shocks(toxic drop shocks) do i go witht he 5-6 rear drop using blocks or do i go witht he 4in drop using spindles...
for the forn some company will say 2in drop with spindles, some company will just say 2in drop.... does it matter?
