i had a similar thing happen. I originally had 2" blocks, and didn't notice. I later installed 3", and now the passenger side is about .5 - .75" higher. I have measured @ the fender AND the distance between the bump stop and axle. the blocks are both in the pins, and sitting flush on the spring...

Perhaps what it needs is to just "settle down" a bit. What I mean is let the shocks, springs and torsion bar normalize after the truck comes off the jack stands. Let me know if it works.

mine does the same! When you put in the blocks, and raised the axle, did the axle immediately move backwards (about 2") after raising off the guide pin on the springs?

I'm not sure about your truck, but when I put in my 2in blocks, the blocks had guide pins in it so that the axle went back into its orignal place

yes, mine did. I had to use a come-a-long to pull the axle back towards the front of the truck, to line up with the guide pins

the back ends are just uneven just shave the difference off of the the block on the lower side. Thats what i did.
