Subject: What, When, Where... IP: Logged
Message: Hey I just bought a base model dak and I am doing a lot of things to it. I just put 255/55/18's on, a spray in bedliner, racing stripes, tinted windows, and a few other things. Now I am thinking it would look kick ass lowered a bit. What would fit without rubbing, and who seems to carry the best lowering kits. Not to mention I have no idea of how they work is there someplace I can go to get an idea of how they install and work???
Thanks
Nate

check online magazine tech articles for install
help, if you have air tools, install should'nt take
too long. DJM sends instructions w/pics if you
get stuck.
There are a lot more kits out there, I just love
the ease of install, and the way it rides. My
brother in law installed a 3-5 kit on his
tacoma, also very easy and nice fit. removing
the stock rivets to install the DJM shackle/
hangers is a pain, but well worth the sweat.
