Hotchkis doesn't make a 2/3 drop. I emailed a guy at hotchkis about there suspension and this is what he wrote back.
Jason,
Any time you lower a truck you are going to affect the ride quality due to the reduced travel. What we offer for the truck is probably the most popular kit on the market for the true performance enthusiast. Our kit is designed as a performance package, not a cosmetic drop as other on the market. Our kit will lower the truck 1.5" in front and 1.75" in the rear. It is not a 2-3. This is the lowest we feel you can go on that truck and still have optimum suspension travel for performance. However I would only recommend you purchase our entire system. It is designed together and when you start mixing and matching components that's were you start getting weird handling and ride characteristics. I suggest you research our reputation on the Dodge RT forums. They all rave about the kits.

On a regular dakota it is a 2/3 drop. The email you got is refering to a R/T which is already lowered 1/1 from the factory.

That's ok, from other pictures, I've decided that it is too low for me anyway, and I'm going to go with a stock R/T suspension, so if anyone is interested in selling me their stock rt suspension, i'd much appreciate, the factory wants way too much. Thanks, Aaron

checkout my truck on my website-- that's Hotchkis-- It's NOT that low, and handles better than Vette--- (I say that because I've beaten a C5 on the local Auto-X track :^)
