i have a 2001 cc dak and i just ordered new tires, pirelli scorpion zero's with, DJM 2 inch control arms, 3 inch lowering blocks, toxic shocks for the front, and bell tech shocks for the back, i hope this works well.

if you're talking about control arms they were like $250 for a set, from www.stylinconcepts.com they came in 2 days so the shipping was quick and cheap

What size engine do you have in your truck? If you have the 4 or 6, the 3" blocks will be good. If you have a V8, I would recommend getting something different for the rear like hangers or lowered leaf springs.
