Heres my situation. I have a 2002 Dodge Dakota SXT standard cab 4X2 and I want to slam it on 20's. Has anyone had any experience with this and could tell me if its possible and what to lower it? And which kit is the best for the money? Thanks!!

you can do a 4/6 with 20's... i have it on my truck and it looks great...
best kit is the western chassis kit for going that low..
if you are interested, my rims and tires are for sale..

Someone told me a 3" and 5" drop would fit nicely with 20s. Im looking to spend around 500 on a lowering kit, and thinking some boyds timeless 5 or 6. do you have any side pictures of your dakota? Thanks.

the amount of drop will depend on what size tire you are planning on running..
im running a 255/35/20 tire. it looks great, but rubbs a little more than i'd like.. a 3/5 drop would work great

its a stockland lid.... i got it a while back, and i think stockland went out of business, or got bought out by innovation..
it looks exactly like the innovation lid (the one without the wing)

i think it was $750 installed and painted... it was a long time agao, so the price may have gone up since..

$1750 with new tires... brand new, the rims retail for $746 EACH, as seen on the colorado custom's web site..
tires were $235 each
so over $4000 worth of stuff after tax for $1750 is a STRONG deal IMO.
