I would guess you might end up rubbing the tires even on small dips in the road. The 295/40 is 1.25" taller than a stock 255/55 tire on a DakotR/T. If anything, you might wanna go with a 275/40-20. Others that have 20's will be able to give you a definite yes or no, but if it were me I would go with 275/40's.
