Message: If you want a smoother ride, then get new shocks. I'd just drop it the 2 inches, see how you like it, then get new shocks if it's too rough.

Message: any time you alter the suspension it effects the ride but you probably wont notice anything unless you start to haul loads in the truck. You might get some bottoming out.

Message: Not unless your overaxle pipes start banging into the axle or rear differential. That happened to me, and so i got a Flowmaster welded on and the pipe exiting out in front of the rear tire.
But i have a 4 inch drop. Only 2 inches probably won't matter. Just go see if droping the frame and exhaust 2" will do anything that you don't want it to do.

Message: I had originally dropped mine three inches but the over the axle exhaust kept hitting and broke one of my two pipes off. I went to 2 in and haven't had any problem since. I am going to have my exhaust redone to come out in front of the axle and drop it back to 3 maybe 4

Message: I need some help.
I'm getting ready to drop my 4x4 Durango. I'm going to use 3" blocks in the rear and crank the torsion bar up front to achieve 2 inches of drop in the front. I've been hearing that if you do this to the front the tires will camber in. Is this true? Is there any way to correct this?
I'm running 23 inch rims and don't want to f'up my $400+ tires.
Thanks in advance for the help. You can check out my D at http://members.cardomain.com/tcalyen
