Subject: Need Help Choosing Rims and Tires? IP: Logged
Message: I have had my Dak for about a year now and have finally decided to upgrade my wheels. I want to go with 20's and I would like to know what size of tire to go with? For now I am keeping it stock height because I have some brand new BF Goodrich All Terrains on my stock rims that I will use for the winter. I have seen quite a few packages that come with 275-40-20 tires. Will they fit with no rubbing?
Message: I'm pretty sure that with a stock ride height, those 40-series tires will do fine.
I'm looking into 20s myself, but with a 3/4 drop, it's going to be hard to do without spending an arm and a leg on tires, flaring my fenders, and what not.
