I have a 2003 SXT. Just want to know the best way to drop the rear about 3" as the rear sits higher than the front.

Blocks will give you the quickest drop at a nice price, but it's killer on the old bumps. I have 4" blocks on mine, and it's pretty harsh.
If you have the money, do hangers. They are a better ride....or so I am told.
