Subject: BAGGED 4.7 Liter engines please help. IP: Logged
Message: Another question for all of you. Thanx for the help you all have given me ahead of time. When i dump the truck on the stock 29" tall tires, on the passanger side the uper control arm is almost resting on the heat sheald of the exahust manifold. Im gonna be putting smaller tires on within the next few days and was woundering what to do about this problem. I think the arm will hit the exahust manifold. Is there a way to fix this? I know the alignment will bring it out a little bit but i think it will still hit...... thanx again guys

Message: I would bend the shield in, but that really sucls. Brislands makes upper control arms for Dak's, but I don't know what they look like or how they fit, so I don't know if they would help.
