Man, its not that complicated to figure out what he means. When he says dragging, he means dragging on the ground....As in dropped so low the rear bumper drags and sparks. And I have a picture of a dakota sitting its frame on the ground. Thats as close as I can get for you....throw me an email and I will show you.
