Message: and your gonna have to get a large bag for the front soooooo... thats a bit of notching on the pockets. Acually its alot for the bags to clear. Your gonna have a bit of camber going on due to the suspention traveling up into the body. Might wanna look into ways of correcting it if you wanna cruz low.

Message: Mine is a 94 with a 318 and I have dropped spindles and ss bags. The negative camber is not really that bad on mine but your not suppose to cruise at any height but the height you get it aligned at. I mean you can, but you will get more uneven tire wear. The endlinks need to be trimmed down on the swaybar so that it sits closer to the arm, other than that it will be ok. My tierods are closer than anything else, they are a hair off my frame when i'm layed out. Keep in mind i'm laying on my crossmember up front and not frame. To lay complete frame, You would have to notch/replace with a crossmember with more ground clearance. I'm not worried about it cause as soon as I would do that, the next thing that would be in the way is the oil pan since its sits about an inch or two higher than crossmember. I just kept it like that for piece of mind that I won't be throwing off my pan anytime soon. Again this is a 318 in a 94 model so I don't know what your clearance would be. A smaller v6 oil pan probably ain't as big and don't drop so low. Also I didn't have a problem with the control arms bottoming out like a lot of people do. You will have to trim the whole bumpstop off including the metal cup. This whole setup is on 255/30/20's. Post any more specific questions if you have them. Cause thats all I can think of all the top of my head.

Message: I'm thinking that a 94 sway bar linkage is different than a 98 ball joint linkage. Mine is shaped like an "s" with a ball joint to connect to the arm. I'm not seeing how to "trim off a bit" to get it lower? Whats your shaped like. It might be something to retrofit to a newer dak. Just with 18" I can't lay without riping the whole swaybar out of the way. Thought about a Takoma front sway bar mount. Its shaped similer but shorter and without the "s" part in it

Message: It's straight. You have a washer and bushing on top, then the swaybar hoop, then another washing/bushing, the spacer (which you cut down) (its straight) , another washer/bushing where it connects to the arm, then yet another washing/bushing and nut at the bottom of the arm to secure the whole thing. It looks like the older models are easier to lay out.

Message: What is the actual height of the wheel/tire combo?
Mine are 28 1/2" tall, and with the the fender wells laying on the tires the frame is 6" off the ground. I have the AirRide Technologies kit for the front. Once I take the wheel wells out it should go down about another 2 inches, which would put the frame 4" off the ground. I have stock control arms, so I would think if you get some 3" arms you will be right there.
I suspect that your wheels/tires are a bit shorter then mine whcih would make it the frame lower to the ground, I have the stock 16's with stock tires.

Message: I'm around 26 inches in diameter. The wheels come way up into the engine compartment. I have no inner fenders. My back lays out but my front lays on the crossmember.

Message: Ahhhhh, I was going to say, the crossmember is about 1-1.5 inches lower then the frame right? I haven't gotten that far yet, I would say make a tubular one, but I haven't put a whole lot of time into figuring that out yet.

Message: Eventualy i want to bag and lay frame on 20's. But to do that you have to remove the inner fenders..... isnt that bad to drive in the rain with? And if so is it possible to move the fenders up and add whatever needed to make up for the moving of the fenders? I havent really had any experience with this. Thanx guys

Message: It depends on how crazy you want to get. I am cutting the tops out of my inner fenders, and I'll prolly make some splash shields out of aluminium or something for winter.
Jeremy: Did you have to move your computer, and if so where did you put it? Do you have any pics? Mine is about to go under the knife this week...
