i have a 2002 regular cab SXT 2WD i was wondering what the easies way to lower it was i am thinking about 2/3 but i am also low on cash college is due again. anyone have any info?

coils and leafs, ground force, you can do it yourself.

the cheapest way would be coils up front and blocks in the rear. you can get the blocks for around $20-$25.

Dipstickinva, i have a set of adjusable hangers to lower the rear of a 1997-03 dakota 1", 1.5", or 2" going really cheap on ebay right now. A lot better quality than going with blocks. the address is:

owering coils are 69 plus shipping from truckin.com. lots of people have had trouble with that company, with shipping and whatnot. the offroad guys said there was no way in hell there lift kit even came close to fitting. thats the waiver. in my expirience, ive ordered from them 3 times, once for my truck, twice for friends. used there 3 inch coils on my r/t. worked great. the other parts for the other trucks worked great as well. western chassis shackles cost well under 100 bux as well...

I just got the -Budget Lowering Kit- from http://www.kalecoauto.com/
My truck sits lower now but it handles like sh#t!
Anyway went to truckin.com and 129.00 for lower leafs is a great price but what about ride?
Are they strong enough?

they do not make drop spindles for 97-03 dakotas, just for 96 and older daks.
