Message: Got my hotchkis 2/3 drop on my 03 Qc with doestch tech shocks and love it. I love the way it looks now, not like the 4x4 look from the factory. Took about 4 hours for coils/leafs and shocks. Time for my fastbackII and a spray in bedliner and ill be set for florida.

Message: I have the same combo on the way. Can't wait! How's the ride? I'm having nightmares about my truck riding like a school bus!

Message: Jeff, the ride is pretty damn good for a lowered vehicle. Not stiff but firm, nothing like a school bus.
Kulprit, doestch tech makes a wide variety of shocks for both raised and lowered vehicles. I bought mine from www.sporttruckdirect.com for $40 each. I had a few mini trucker friends that have used them on their bagged vehicles recommend them to me and I like the ride. Plus aren't the bilsteins about $86 or so a piece.

Message: hey guys, i got doetsch techs and love em too. but since 1 of the back is dented from the accident, and they're alittle too compressed, i wanted to get a new pair alittle shorter for the back. anyone know if they make em short enuff for a 5 or 6 inch drop?? i've only seen em for up to 4". Thanks. Peace

Message: On the shorter shock... You might want to check their web site, i believe they have specs for most of their shocks. You might be able to find one with the length you want for another application as long as it has the eye holes on the top and bottom.
http://www.doetsch-shocks.com/specs.php
3" drop #M4163G 20.25 12.35 EB1 EB1 1,9,7 1.80
Might try the: #M4095G 18.25 11.35 EB1 EB1 1,9,7 1.80
2 inches shorter on extended and compression
Good luck.
