I tried a torch, used up a grinding wheel, and bent a crowbar. If you have a sawzall (reciprocating saw), get you a heavy duty metal cutting blade, and go to it. It cuts right through the bumpstop, then just knock out the rivets.

Center punch the rivets then use a small drill bit to start the hole through the center followed by ever larger drill bits until the rivet head can be broken off.

need to install lower profile ones with a different hardness so the ride isnt so harsh.
