Message: Hey do you have a c notch in the rear of your truck? I would think your ride quality must really suck if you are that close to the bumpstops? How much of a drop do you have and are you adjustable? What you might want to do is order a pair of those collapsible bumpstops from Aim. I have them on my truck so that it won't bottom out. I would say you definitely don't want to take the bumpstops out.

Message: How did you lower your truck to get on your bump stops?
You should not ride on bumpstops, it wil make for a very poor ride quality. You also should not remove them, metal to metal contact is not good and could damage the parts.
You might be able to cut down the bumpstop to get some clearance. Also some companies make reduced height bumpstops.
Good luck.

Message: you might have to notch the frame in the
front...I havent done this, but I believe it is
performed when you have a bag setup in the
front. It must be pretty low in the front already
anways. You could switch to a low profile
bumpstop if you havent already done so.

Message: Have you checked every inch of your exhaust? Just the smallest amount of contact with your pipes will cause a vibration.
