Message: Go to www.sporttruckdirect.com. Western Chassis has a set of 2" dropped control arms for Dakotas and Durangos. They cost around $250 bucks a pair without ball joints, or $320 bucks with the ball joints. I'm sure that they will have a 3" or 4" drop for the rear of your Durango. Later, man.

Message: DJMsuspension.com about $550 from djm, I
would check with godfathercustoms.com for a
better price...for some reason, the distributors
are cheaper than buying direct from the
manufacturer.

Message: would there be any big problems if i used hotchkis
2 inch springs up front, and hotchkis 3 inch leafs in the back? or should i really consider using arms instead.

Message: does hotchkis make a durango kit? if so, I
would go with that (if you want performance) if
you want to lower your durango w/o sacrificing
ride I would change the lower control arms,
and keep the stock coils in (I put 3" djm
control arms on my dak and 5" shackle
hangers in the rear w/ an extra 1" block.) Ride
is slightly different because of the stiffer
shocks, but overall, a nice smooth ride, with
barely any tire rub (only over bumps at high
speeds...85+)

Message: stock springs all the way around - do you mean shocks? the ride would be semi-rough, depends on how much you can take. i wouldnt see a problem with hotckis coils on the durango, same setup as dak, and the added stiffness could only help the SUV roll.
