 Subject: 2/4 drop with 18's?

Will the 2/4 drop work with 18X8 with 5" of backspacing? I know nothing of these measurements. I don't want the tire to stick out anymore than the stock 16's. If somebody could tell me what to look for I would greatly appreciate it. I don't want to invest the money and it look stupid. Thanks in advance.

I have the 2/3 drop with 18"x9" and 6" backspacing
and it doesnt stick out, I also have the RT flares.
