 Subject: Power window switches

I have manual windows right now and i want to get power windows. what would you recommend? What kinda power window kit? and about switches where can you get switches that can be installed on the door panel so you wont need modifications and it just fits in to the optional swtich thing on the door?

I'd reccomend a junkyard. Most dakotas have power windows so it should be fairly easy to find some. Even if its been in a wreck the stuff you're after will "probably" still be good.
You should note that many yards wont let you take parts off of a door they can sell as "complete".
I'd take the motors/gears, the switches, the trim, and the sockets the switches plug into. Then you can just recreate the wiring inbetween by matching everything up.
