I own a 2002 Dakota SXT Club Cab,and brought the same question up with the Dodge Dealer where I bought my truck.I was told that in order for the disc modification,I would have to replace the whole rear end. Dodge uses A different rear end,than that on pre 2002 an older models. Bummer

The rear on the 2003 is the 9.25, as for the mounting flanges it might be different but if you want rear disk brakes then look into the Stainless Steel rear brake conversion it fits both GEN 2 and GEN 3
