Has anyone who financed their truck through Chrysler Financial noticed it taking a long time for them to post payments?
I live west of Chicago, my payment goes to Milwaukee and it seems to take forever to get payments posted. As it is now, it's been over a week since my check went in the mail and the payment isn't reflected on my loan yet. I suppose I could just have them auto-debit my checking account but I have this thing about letting people take money out without a check being written....
But I'm just curious, is it me, the office I deal with or what?

I have the same problem with them. They never call about it so, I don't worry about it. I have the canceled checks to prove I made the payment. Never, Never have any business auto/debit your checking account. Once it is started it is very difficult to have it stopped, even when things are paid off. Not to mention that you never are sure who has access to your account.

I had my Caravan financed through them and used the "auto debit" feature.
I never had a late payment, never bought a stamp and got my title soon after the last payment. All went well.
