Message: You need to order ABS if you want 4-wheel disk brakes.

Message: The 2003 come standard with 4 wheel disc and rear antilock. I have 4 wheel antilock in my 2003 Quad and like the security. I don't know if it will be affected by lowering your R/T.

Message: I have 4 wheel ABS and am disapointed in it. I recently got in an accident where stopping was the factor. It was raining outside and I slid over 300 feet easily and the anti locks never kicked in. In my openion it was a waste of money. The dealership says they are fine, well I beg to differ.

Message: I passed on the four wheel ABS when I
ordered my quad last year. But I'm the
principle driver. If my wife was driving it I'd
probably opt for the ABS. Although when I
ordered, I it was like $450, pretty
steep in my opinion.
I always liked ABS for the simple fact you
could tell when the roads were slippery, but I
hated just standing on the brake pedal and
feeling like the brakes weren't doing anything.
I'd rather have total control over the brakes.
