Today as I was driving to work I accendendly drove through some high water. After this my cruise controll and ABS wouldn't work. What can I do?

Check your fuses. You probably have blown one or two.
Also, after your engine has warmed up, lift the hood so that all moisture has a better chance of evaporating. I always leave my hood up after I have washed my engine to allow evaporation.
