Does anyone know if a 340 or a mag.360 will bolt up to a tx-15 or whatever trany comes in a 98 4 dak-4 banger. see the thing is I got a 98 w/ the 4 banger 5 speed and I want to put iether a 340 or 360 magnum in it carburated in it, but duno if the trany will bolt up . motor mounts and drive shaft arn't a prob.

No. Way to much torque. I wouldn't even bolt an NV3500 (the tranny attached to the 4.7L's and 5.2L's). Go to KRCperformance.com. They have a section on tremec 5spd conversions. They are supposed to be coming out with an entire kit soon that includes everything you'll need including the driveshaft. It's gonna be pricy but worth it i'm sure.
