I'm sure you'll think I'm an idiot, but here goes:

I LOVE my new used '01 Dakota (17k miles). I got it two weeks ago and I want it to be as perfect as I can get it. The original wipers needed replacement. I went to Advanced Auto to get them, but they aren't exactly like the originals. They work fine, but they utilize alot more plastic. As far as you know, will these be as effective as Mopar? Would you Dak perfectionists use the Anco brand instead of Mopar?

Personal preference for me is the SilBlade. Kinda pricey, but well worhth it for quality and length of use. I've had my original set for over two years with no signs of decreased performance of them. I live in Cantral Cali where we go 6 months out of the year with no rain and often have 100+ temps during the day with extremely low humidity. Most blades woudl dry and crack under these conditions, but my SilBlades are still working fine. I wrecked my truck and now have them on my fiance's car. The website to buy them is www.silblade.com Oh, they come in different colors as well if you want to match them up to your truck.
