i know this subject has been shot to hell but i dont know what to do i have a 96 cc with a 318 and want to put a exhaust on i want the muffler to have 1 inlet and 2 exhaust so it will have dules but what muffler has a good tone and is still quiet on the inside i need help

Adam..I had a '92 5.2 rc that had a few different exhaust arrangements in its lifetime (217K mi). I always used a Flowmaster single in/dual out. 40 series are like a turbo muffler and are quite loud. 50 series are about 16" long and some quieter. My favorite is the 70 series, which sounds about the same as a 50 out the back, but is way quieter in the cab, especially the floor. It's 22" long, but there is enough room behind the cat. The left (driver's) side pipe is a tight fit around the spare tire. I made a little L bracket to push the spare over slightly. Make sure your pipe doesn't go directly over the rear end, especially if your Dak is lowered.
