Yesterday while the wife was sittin in the Dak waiting for me to get out of work for lunch the radiator exploded. Yes EXPLODED, like a car bomb. I had to dish out $190 big ones to get a new one. I discovered the thermostat on my black magig 150 quit working. Something was loose inside. "F^#*" I just needed to vent...

Seems that DamnearChrysler had a little problem with upper radiator tanks blowing off the core. Mine did, it was covered on waranty.

The cap is new. Just put it on in Oct. It did vent into the bottle but once that was full it had no place else to go. My dak is a 96 so warranty is no more. At least I got my fan working again. There was some crud on the circut board keeping the fan from coming on. I used some electronics parts cleaner on it, so it works as advertised.

and says just 'cause it's new don't mean it's orkin right. Ever have a new lightbulb burn out the same day you replaced it? It's new so it should be workin. Biggest mistake a lot of folks make is assumeing that if it's new it works right. Asuume is reallty 3 words Ass u me so you see when u assume u make an ass out of u and me.
