Message: I got my '00 club cab second-hand and I've been noticing that the storage bins in back look like they're supposed to have lids on them....True? I've seen new Daks but I can't recall whether they had lids or not. If so, are they worth trying to find replacements for?

Message: '01 CC - No lids,,,just holes in the plastic that house the jack and stuff. The seats themselves are like lids if you want to think of them like that.

Message: same hear o2 no lids... I had to make some out of 2 half inch pieces of plywood glued together to make the lids so i could put my subs back there till I can get the underseat enclosure.

Message: Mine have lids. I feel really stupid admitting this but... I didn't realize there was a storage bin under the bigger of the seats until I had owned the truck 2 years.

Message: Thanks! I'm kind of having some fun with it now I have a little extra time. It's just been sitting since I bought it, but I cleaned it all up last week, pulled the plugs, put some fogging oil in it, put 4 litres of oil in it and turned the crank over a few times to circulate. I want to put headers on it soon and I'm reading everything I can find about camshafts. I'm going to start pulling it apart soon to get the cam out, then hopefully get it in the truck as soon as the nice weather comes back.

Message: Speaking of owners manuals, mine says I should have a light in my center console storage bin. Does it have a light? No.
