my new 2001,the heater switch only works on High,could it be a fuse or is the switch bad,i hate to go to dealer its a all day thing ,thanks,and happy turkey day !

my dad has a 2001 durango r/t...he had the exact same problem...it isn't fuses or anything...it is the resistors in the blower unit...it should be covered under warranty and only takes a couple hours to fix...good luck!
