In a work no. They are just a resistor.
4.7 HO, CW style

It does with the right resistor and resistors are .25 cents. Not what he is asking and from what I have seen the resistor is the wrong value.

Alright, I will go to radio shack tomorrow and get some resistors. But here is the question,
Should I go with 10K ohm or 15K ohm. Also, 1/2 or 1/4 watt ?

That I don't know, I bought a IAT adjuster. See speedtweaks under the tips and tricks section.

OMG, I just found four 15K ohm 1/8 watt resistors laying around the house. Would 1/8 watt be too low ?. Ive heard that 1/2 watt and 1/4 watt work the best.
