Subject: Taking decals off... IP: Logged
Message: I'm wanting to take the two V6's on the front off and now, i got my truck back a couple weeks ago and it came with new fenders and new badges and such. I was a fool to forget to tell them not to put it on but anyways, i hear it's very easy to do and you can do it with a hairdryer, correct? Also, i belive the paint will be ok since no UV rays were much exposed to it....also, what is the best "glue take-off residue kind of thing" bottle for this?? Is this a safe thing to do????? I just remembered, is there a hole? There may not be a whole for me since it was restored...

Message: All the Daks badged near the headlight have a hole behind the badge:( Found it out the hardway on my 99 when I popped one off, oops... we'll just glue that back on... lol. Could always take'em off and put a billet dodge emblem or something like that in there place I guess if you could find one.
