when to use: freeway or consistent speeds over 45mph,
when not to use:
pulling something
stop and go traffic
the city (again stop and go)
If your in OD and you feel it down-shift often, to save on the clutches, just turn it off

when your towing just flick the switch to off, normal driving it will go on when its appropriate. in city driving it will rarely ever engage.
