i placed a order on speedtweaks website about 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing from them i havnet been charged or anything i tried calling today and there phone has been temporally disconnected. all i want is to order is a single o2 sim for my 2000 4.7 dakota anybody know anywere else i can get one i saw that krc has them but u got to wire them in and its more is there anyway to just make one or something? any info would really help i would reallyu like to get my exaust put on some day

And as Alex was going to say, but got called away or something, also do a search on 02 sims, and the pro and cons of building one. I've seen posts on this site where people are using homebrew 02 sims.

I've also seen threads where homebrew simms were failing because of cheap parts and the fact that the homebrew doesn't actually mimick what the PCM is reading as far as O2 Sensor values. Maybe the price over at KRC isnt' that bad after all.
Hell, for that matter, Marty even tried one guy's version of the homebrew O2 and it didnt' even last 5 minutes before it cooked itself.

Cause somebody else registered my name and I want my own avatar. If someone else registers you (which all members are apparently allowed to do), you have to use that person's avatar and then people would be even more confused.

Nope. that's where Dan Cuda was testing to see if his avatar would still show up after he registered my name. I didn't even know that was there til you pointed it out.
Oh well. See? That's his avatar. And everytime I posted, i'd have to have his avatar. And everybody would be like "Hey, that's the same as Dan Cuda's."
If I didn't have to pay $30, i'd register in a heartbeat. Like on moparchat.com and dodgetrucks.org and jeepsunlimited.com.
Where you have to register, and there are moderators watching everyone's posts, but you don't owe any money. And there are hardly any flame wars that don't get moved to a "flame forum" by the moderators. And there's lots of just good old fashioned learnin about trucks instead.

It's pretty sad that this board has gone to pot. I use to come here daily, now I just check out the posts if I get around to it. I can't say that the $30 was a waste because I got a lot of info. However, I could have gotten the same info other places for a lot less than $30. Live and learn I guess.
Not sure what's up with Speedtweaks. I'm just just going along with the notion that they're out of business. I sent them an e-mail over a month ago about buying some parts from them and it went unanswered. It's no big deal though. I'll just get my parts elsewhere and let Speedtweaks lick their wounds.

You can also buy O2 SIMM boxes from www.thefastman.com. I just got my Dual SIMM box in the mail and it has plug-n-play connectors.
