I have a 95 with a 3.9 V-6, the starter went bad. I replaced it with a rebuilt, about five months ago. When it's COLD out, you turn the key and the starter would turn and the bendicks would grind on the flywheel. Now it just clicks once or twice then starts. Any thoughts on the matter?

Bad flywheel, starter needs shims to eliminate grinding. Check battery and all connections.
