Anyone interested in a custom QC toolbox?
I've been looking into a number of companies to build a custom aluminum box for my 02 QC. There aren't many options out there if you don't want half your bed taken up by a box (which I do not). If you you're familiar UWS, they have a slimline that fits the QC nicely, but it 1) isn't as deep as I'd like, and 2) has a higher profile than I'd prefer. I'm really looking for a box that's low-profile.
I'm starting to get quotes on custom boxes and would like to negotiate. If there's interest on the group we could possibly get a group buy and get these boxes for less.
Let me know what you think. It's a good chance to get what we all deserve for the QC, a perfect fitting toolbox.
