Went outside the other day after our storm passed thru(California)and noticed that one of my rims looked odd. Upon closer inspection I see that the clearcoat is comming off! This causes me to look at the rest. All 4 of my rims are peeling off in chunks. This stuff is thick but it looks like they all decided to just get up and leave my rims.
So my question is, should I try and get them recoated? Is it worth it? Should I can them and get aftermarkets? If I recoate them who in Cali does a good job? Anybody know the cost?
These are factory rims that came with my 96 Gen 2.
