Subject: Lug Nut Torque IP: Logged
Message: Hello All,
I'm told that torque is very critical in keeping the front rotors from warping. I'm replacing my rotors tonight (3rd time)and would like to know what torque for the wheels. Is it the same for all 4 wheels, or are the front and back different?
Thx - Drew

Message: true but to prevent any warpage, keep ALL the nuts on any particular wheel as close to possible to the same torque. The 30 lb range listed if the nuts vary from one to another can an will induce some warpage. for best results use a torque wrench and keep all of then within 5 lbs on any particular wheel. DO-NOT use an air wrench!!!
