jusr let me know how much $$$. i have a 93 dakota with 318 and auto trans. i am looking for the connector that goes over the coolant temp sensor for the gauge. not the one tucked up in closest to the Tb but the one you can see by looking down between the alternator and thermostat housing. i have the sensor itself already installed in the manifold, i just need the electrical part that connects to it and is wired to the harness. if anyone would like to part with their, i would appreciate it if you could cut the wire about 6-8" up from the connector. thanks.

thanks. i tried the dealership even and they told me no luck on it. i cant figure out what is going on. i would hate to go to a salvage yard and have to buy the entire wiring harness just for one little connector.

Your dak and the newer ones probobly share this sensor. You could try asking them if it is the same part number for a 98 and for a 93. If they say yes see if they can get you a connector for a newer dak. I have had trouble before since the parts counter never seems to understand what cross referencing is. I have fought countless times over similarly hard to find parts. You could also try NAPA.
