Message: Do any of you ever get a sulfury smell when driving your trucks, especially after speeding up quickly? If so, did you do anything about it? what?

Message: Usually when something like that happens to a friend or I, we cut/gut the cat and it goes away. You might want to take a more legitimate approach, but my money's on the cat.

Message: Most state's emissions *prefer that you do not just replace it with a pipe. If your vehicle is newer than 8 years and less than 80,000 miles, it's covered by warranty. So I'd go have the dealer check it out and get the catalytic converter replaced.
If it isn't covered by warranty you can ask your local exhaust shop for a farm truck special.
* when I say prefer, I mean it's illegal..
