Message: Well, it worked out fine, with at least a half dozen Dak enthusiasts present at any given time, once it got going. We should make this a regular thing, every Thursday evening.

I am normally in school until 10:00PM EST and get home around 10:30-10:45PM so I wouldnt be able to catch much of a Thursday night chat.

Message: We'll just have to stay on a little longer for the West coast folks and the night owls, that's all.
Hey 2THEXTRM, is there enough snow on the ground for sledding, yet? I barely got to use my sled last year, and I'm looking forward to this winter. There's few things as fun as crossing Oneida lake (when its fozen, of course), at night, at 100+ mph!

Message: Up north near Redfield there was enough for about one day after the snow storm last weekend, didn't stay long though and ground is about bare now. Ive always did the lake run myself at 100+ too but had an incident where I hit a pressure crack at over 90 during daylight. Did a superman impression and almost went over the handle bars(I have good grip strength). Luckily survived the 6ft high by over 20ft long jump somehow and landed safely except for the sled with both my front IFS arms bent and broken shock spring on my new MX-Z. I have since been a little more careful when lake running:)
