i know that you all are in dakotas but was wondering if you could answer a ? for a friend of mine. ? is if you bought a universal zex kit where do you put the vaccum line in at for the fuel management system it says in the instructions to hook it up to the fuel pressure regulater which on the dodge neon it is built into the fuel pump in the tank. if anyone knows anything please help. thanks im2damnslow

that kit wont work on it. You kinda answered your own question there. Nitrous express has a universal dodge efi kit that works great.
